What is Dheera?
Dheera is an operational intelligence company built for advanced manufacturing. Our platform acts as an operational intelligence layer: it guides frontline teams through critical processes in real time, helping manufacturers strengthen quality, safety and compliance, drive continuous improvement and improve efficiency and profitability.
What does self-correcting manufacturing mean?
It describes operations that do not just detect problems after the fact. They recognise deviations as they happen, guide people to correct them at the point of execution and learn from every event, so processes keep improving.

Platform
How is Dheera different from an MES or a QMS?
Manufacturing execution and quality management systems record plans, transactions and quality events. Dheera works at the point of execution: it understands what is actually happening during critical manual processes and guides people in real time. It is designed to complement your existing systems, not to replace them.
Does Dheera replace operators or inspectors?
No. Dheera supports skilled people at the moments that matter most. It gives operators timely guidance and gives quality teams objective evidence, while decisions stay with your people.
Which modules make up the platform?
Manufacturing & Quality Intelligence is built on two core modules, Visual Intelligence and Component Analytics, and extended by Work Instructions, Production Planning & Scheduling, Supplier Qualification & Onboarding and Document Analytics. Our other innovation work covers Cognitive Intelligence, Counter-UAS and RF Spectrum Intelligence, Technology Road Mapping and Virtual R&D.
Deployment
Do we need new cameras or hardware?
It depends on the process. During discovery we assess your critical processes, your existing infrastructure and the views each process needs, then recommend what, if anything, should be added.
What does a first project look like?
Most customers start with one critical, manual process that is hard to evidence today. We map what good looks like with your process owners, deploy on a defined scope, measure the results with you and agree how to scale.
How do operators feel about being observed?
We design deployments around the process, not the person. Engaging operators and their representatives early, being transparent about what is observed and why, and focusing on support rather than surveillance are central to how we work.
Security and compliance
Can Dheera be used in GMP and other regulated environments?
Dheera is designed for regulated, high-consequence manufacturing. We work alongside your quality and validation teams so that each deployment fits your quality system, change control and validation approach.
How is our data handled?
Data handling, retention and access are agreed with your IT, quality and security teams as part of every engagement, so that each deployment meets your policies and any applicable regulations. Talk to us about your specific requirements.
